Very bad have cockroaches on the wall on the bed. It was just bad. I had to take my son out to a different hotel at 2 o clock in the morning. I have video to prove it

Dirty smells room with live cockroachs everywhere. Don't stay here. I'm so afraid I brought some home. Never again. I flew home 4 days early because this place. Let alone all the homeless staying here and the screams coming from the next room.

No the manager was extremely rude, disrespectful and sarcastic. I was literally telling him that the pool in the resort was green full of a lime, and he asked me to swim in it. I asked for my refund and he denied and tried to lock me out of my room
